1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, enrolling in, or using any part of EzMedQ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any related policies referenced on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account, purchase access, enroll in any service, or continue using the platform.

2. About EzMedQ

EzMedQ is a medical education platform that provides structured learning services, digital courses, question-based practice resources, OSCE simulation, research support, academic training, and related educational services for medical students, instructors, and healthcare learners.

EzMedQ may offer its own services and may also provide access, activation support, or educational guidance connected to external tools, instructors, collaborators, or partner resources. Any third-party or partner resource may be subject to additional terms outside EzMedQ’s control.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, registering for a course, submitting a form, or requesting activation of any paid service.

• Accounts are intended for university-level learners, instructors, and authorized users.
• Users under the age of 18 may only use EzMedQ with appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, or educational authority where required by law.
• EzMedQ may refuse, suspend, or terminate registration if information is false, incomplete, misleading, abusive, or associated with misuse.

4. Account Use, Access, and Security

Each EzMedQ account is personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered account holder. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

• Sharing login details, selling access, transferring accounts, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• EzMedQ may use technical, administrative, and security measures to detect unusual access patterns, unauthorized sharing, multiple-user access, abuse, or attempted circumvention.
• You must notify EzMedQ immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

5. Educational Services and Platform Content

EzMedQ content may include videos, question banks, explanations, study plans, OSCE stations, research training materials, documents, live or recorded sessions, instructor content, platform dashboards, and other educational resources.

All content is provided for educational purposes only. EzMedQ does not guarantee admission, examination success, academic grades, publication acceptance, clinical competence, or any specific outcome. Results depend on the user’s effort, background, consistency, and external academic or examination requirements.

6. Medical and Academic Disclaimer

EzMedQ is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or patient-care service. Content on the platform must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, licensed clinical supervision, institutional guidelines, or official medical references.

Users are responsible for verifying medical information with accepted academic references, university instructions, official examination resources, and qualified supervisors where appropriate.

7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Activation

Some EzMedQ services require payment, subscription, manual activation, or administrative approval. Payment methods may include bank transfer, CliQ, PayPal, card payment, manual payment, or any other method approved by EzMedQ.

• Access is granted only after EzMedQ verifies payment, user information, and eligibility where required.
• Activation timing may vary depending on working hours, payment confirmation, third-party processing, and administrative review.
• Subscriptions, courses, and digital access are subject to the Payment & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Protection

All EzMedQ materials, including videos, explanations, designs, text, question banks, images, documents, course structures, platform layouts, branding, and educational resources, are owned by EzMedQ, its instructors, licensors, collaborators, or authorized content providers.

• You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, reproduce, sell, publish, upload, share, translate, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from EzMedQ content without written permission.
• You may not remove copyright notices, watermarks, access restrictions, or security measures.
• Violation may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination, refusal of future services, and legal action where appropriate.

9. Instructors, Educators, and Submitted Content

Where EzMedQ allows instructors, educators, collaborators, or users to submit content, the submitting party confirms that they have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, academic rules, or applicable laws.

EzMedQ may review, edit, decline, remove, restrict, or suspend any submitted content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, harmful, unlawful, low quality, or inconsistent with EzMedQ’s standards. Separate written agreements with instructors or partners may override platform terms only to the extent stated in those agreements.

10. Third-Party Services and External Links

EzMedQ may contain links, embedded tools, payment processors, partner resources, communication channels, video hosting services, analytics tools, or external educational platforms. EzMedQ is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, decisions, pricing, or technical performance of third-party services.

When you use an external service, you may be subject to that service’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

11. Platform Availability and Changes

EzMedQ aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, technical faults, third-party service disruption, security incidents, or circumstances beyond EzMedQ’s control.

EzMedQ may modify, improve, replace, suspend, remove, or discontinue any feature, content, course, pricing model, or service at any time when necessary for operational, educational, security, commercial, or legal reasons.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse EzMedQ or interfere with the platform, other users, instructors, or services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing, reselling, leaking, recording, or distributing platform content.
• Attempting to bypass login limits, access controls, payment requirements, or security measures.
• Uploading malicious code, scraping content, reverse engineering, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
• Harassment, abusive communication, impersonation, fraud, false payment proof, or academic dishonesty.
• Using EzMedQ for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or non-educational purposes.

13. Suspension and Termination

EzMedQ may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate any account or service access if EzMedQ reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, any related policy, payment rules, intellectual property rights, academic integrity standards, or applicable law.

In cases of violation, misuse, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activity, or security risk, EzMedQ may take action without prior notice. No refund, compensation, account transfer, or access extension will be provided where access is suspended or terminated due to user violation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EzMedQ, its owners, team members, instructors, collaborators, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, academic, financial, professional, or reputational damages arising from use of the platform.

Users use EzMedQ at their own discretion and remain responsible for academic decisions, exam preparation choices, clinical judgment, and reliance on any educational material.

15. User Responsibility and Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for your use of EzMedQ and for any consequences resulting from violation of these Terms, misuse of content, unauthorized sharing, infringement, fraud, or unlawful conduct.

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold EzMedQ harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or related to EzMedQ, these Terms, payment, account access, or platform use shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jordan, unless EzMedQ and the user agree in writing to an alternative resolution method.

17. Updates to These Terms

EzMedQ may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of EzMedQ after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
