User Conduct Policy
This policy explains the standards of behavior required on EzMedQ, including respectful communication, academic honesty, protection of educational content, account responsibility, and consequences for misuse.
1. Purpose of This Policy
EzMedQ is committed to maintaining a respectful, secure, ethical, and academically honest learning environment. This User Conduct & Academic Integrity Policy defines the behavior expected from all users, students, instructors, collaborators, and visitors.
By using EzMedQ, you agree to follow this policy and any related platform rules.
2. Respectful and Professional Use
Users must interact with EzMedQ, instructors, students, support staff, and collaborators respectfully and professionally. Harassment, threats, intimidation, insults, discrimination, hate speech, sexual harassment, abusive language, impersonation, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
EzMedQ may restrict communication channels or platform access if conduct harms the learning environment or the safety and dignity of others.
3. Academic Integrity
Users are expected to uphold academic honesty and integrity. EzMedQ learning resources are intended to support genuine understanding, independent study, clinical reasoning, research skills, and exam preparation.
- Do not submit work that is not your own unless properly disclosed and permitted.
- Do not use EzMedQ materials to cheat, violate university rules, or bypass official academic requirements.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, academic status, completion records, certificates, results, or achievements.
4. Protection of EzMedQ Content
EzMedQ content is protected educational material. Users must not copy, record, download without permission, screenshot for distribution, leak, resell, publish, upload, share, translate, scrape, or distribute any EzMedQ material.
This includes videos, question banks, explanations, OSCE stations, research materials, documents, course structures, account instructions, instructor materials, and any protected platform resource.
5. Account Responsibility
Every account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.
- Do not share your username, password, login session, activation details, or third-party access credentials.
- Do not allow friends, classmates, groups, institutions, or paid users to access your account.
- Do not sell, rent, gift, transfer, or exchange account access.
- Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in any activity that damages, abuses, disrupts, exploits, or misuses EzMedQ, including:
- Bypassing payment requirements, login restrictions, security controls, account limits, or access rules.
- Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated downloads, vulnerability scanning, or reverse engineering.
- Uploading viruses, malicious files, spam, misleading links, or unauthorized advertising.
- Submitting false payment proofs, fraudulent disputes, fake identities, or manipulated documents.
- Attempting to access another user’s account, private data, restricted content, admin areas, or instructor tools.
- Interfering with website performance, servers, course delivery, support channels, or other users’ learning experience.
7. Communication Standards
When communicating with EzMedQ through forms, email, WhatsApp, social media, comments, instructor channels, or support channels, users must provide accurate information and communicate respectfully.
Repeated spam, aggressive messaging, threats, false accusations, abusive language, or misuse of support channels may lead to restricted support or account action.
8. Instructor and Collaborator Conduct
Instructors, educators, contributors, and collaborators must maintain professional standards and submit only content they are authorized to provide. They must not upload infringing, misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, plagiarized, or academically inappropriate content.
EzMedQ may review, edit, remove, restrict, or reject instructor content or access if it conflicts with platform standards, student safety, educational quality, or legal requirements.
9. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report suspected misconduct, account sharing, content leakage, harassment, fraudulent payment activity, or platform abuse through official EzMedQ channels.
Reports should include relevant details and evidence where available. EzMedQ will review reports at its discretion and may take action where appropriate.
10. Enforcement Actions
EzMedQ may take one or more actions in response to policy violations, suspected misuse, or security concerns, including:
- Warning the user.
- Requesting verification or additional information.
- Restricting features, communication channels, or access.
- Suspending or permanently terminating the account.
- Revoking course, Qbank, OSCE, research, instructor, or platform access.
- Removing content or disabling submitted material.
- Refusing future services or purchases.
- Taking legal action or reporting unlawful conduct where necessary.
No refund, compensation, account transfer, or access extension will be provided when enforcement action results from user violation.
11. Review and Appeals
A user may contact EzMedQ if they believe an enforcement action was taken in error. EzMedQ may review the matter but is not required to restore access where the evidence supports violation, misuse, fraud, security risk, or breach of policy.
12. Policy Updates
EzMedQ may update this User Conduct & Academic Integrity Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of EzMedQ means acceptance of the updated policy.
