This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing payments, subscription activation, and refund conditions on the EzMedQ platform. By completing any payment or using paid services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Payment Methods
EzMedQ currently accepts payments through external and/or manual payment methods, including but not limited to bank transfers, CliQ, or any other method specified by the platform administration.
Subscription Activation
Subscription access is granted only after manual verification of payment by EzMedQ administration. Activation may require a short processing period depending on working hours. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Refund Policy
All subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage of the platform, dissatisfaction with the content, technical issues on the user’s side, or violation of platform policies.
By completing payment and receiving access to the platform, the user acknowledges that the service has been delivered and that no refund shall be requested or granted.
Payment Errors
In the event of a confirmed technical error caused by EzMedQ prior to subscription activation, the platform may, at its discretion, correct the error or issue a refund. EzMedQ bears no responsibility for payment errors caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
Fraud and Misuse
Any attempt to submit false payment confirmation, manipulate the payment process, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund and may lead to permanent account suspension.
Pricing Changes
EzMedQ reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes shall not affect already activated subscriptions.
