Payment & Refund Policy
This policy governs payments, pricing, subscription activation, digital delivery, refund eligibility, payment verification, payment disputes, and paid access to EzMedQ educational services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments, subscription activation, digital access, refund requests, pricing, payment verification, and payment-related disputes are handled by EzMedQ.
By completing a payment, submitting payment confirmation, requesting account activation, or using any paid EzMedQ service, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
EzMedQ may accept payments through approved external or manual payment methods, including bank transfer, CliQ, PayPal, card payment, manual payment confirmation, or any other method announced by EzMedQ.
- Available payment methods may vary depending on the service, country, currency, and technical availability.
- EzMedQ may refuse, delay, or reverse access if payment cannot be verified.
- Users must not submit false, edited, reused, or misleading payment confirmations.
3. Pricing, Currency, and Fees
Prices are displayed on the relevant EzMedQ page, registration form, invoice, message, or payment channel. Prices may be listed in Jordanian Dinar, US Dollar, or another currency depending on the service.
- Bank fees, transfer fees, card fees, currency conversion differences, and third-party payment charges are the user’s responsibility unless EzMedQ clearly states otherwise.
- EzMedQ may update pricing, offers, bundles, discounts, or subscription models at any time.
- Price changes do not affect already activated subscriptions unless the user purchases a new service, renewal, upgrade, or extension.
4. Payment Verification and Access Activation
Paid access is activated only after EzMedQ verifies the payment, required user details, selected service, and any necessary account setup information.
- Activation may require manual review by the EzMedQ team.
- Activation time may vary based on working hours, incomplete information, payment processor delays, third-party platform requirements, or administrative review.
- The user is responsible for submitting accurate name, email, phone number, account information, payment reference, and any other required details.
5. Digital Delivery and Service Start
EzMedQ services may include immediate or manual delivery of digital access, course enrollment, question bank access, account activation, study materials, educational support, instructor access, or third-party platform setup.
Once digital access has been activated, course access has been granted, login details have been delivered, or educational service delivery has begun, the service is considered delivered.
6. Refund Policy
Because EzMedQ provides digital educational services, subscriptions, account activation, and access to protected learning materials, all payments are final once access has been activated or the service has started.
- No refund will be issued after account activation, course enrollment, delivery of login details, access to videos, access to a question bank, access to study materials, or commencement of educational support.
- Refunds are not provided for non-use, change of mind, lack of time, dissatisfaction after access, failure to study, academic performance, exam results, device issues, internet problems, forgotten login credentials, or user-side technical limitations.
- No refund, compensation, transfer, or extension will be provided where access is suspended or terminated due to policy violation, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent activity, or misuse.
7. Limited Refund Exceptions Before Activation
EzMedQ may review a refund request only if the request is submitted before access activation or before service delivery begins. Approval is not automatic and remains subject to verification and EzMedQ’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
Possible review cases may include duplicate payment, confirmed payment error, incorrect charge caused by EzMedQ, or inability to activate the purchased service for reasons caused by EzMedQ before delivery.
8. Payment Errors and Incorrect Information
Users are responsible for entering correct payment details, transfer references, email addresses, phone numbers, names, and account setup information.
- EzMedQ is not responsible for delays, failed activation, or wrong delivery caused by inaccurate user information.
- If a user sends payment to the wrong destination, uses an incorrect reference, or fails to provide proof of payment, activation may be delayed or declined until the matter is verified.
- Any request related to payment error must be supported by clear evidence.
9. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Fraudulent Activity
Submitting a false chargeback, fraudulent dispute, fake payment confirmation, altered receipt, or misleading payment claim is a serious violation of EzMedQ policies.
EzMedQ may immediately suspend access, terminate accounts, cancel services, block future purchases, report fraudulent behavior to the relevant payment processor or authority, and take legal action where appropriate.
10. Third-Party Payment Processors
Some payments may be handled by external payment processors, banks, transfer services, or third-party platforms. EzMedQ does not control their processing times, fees, verification decisions, technical failures, restrictions, or security checks.
Users may also be required to comply with the terms and policies of the relevant payment processor.
11. Payment Support
For payment support, users should contact EzMedQ through official communication channels and provide the following where applicable: full name, registered email, phone number, selected service, payment date, payment method, payment reference, and proof of payment.
12. Policy Updates
EzMedQ may update this Payment & Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of paid services after publication means acceptance of the updated policy.
