Delete EzMedQ Account

Permanently deleting your account removes your EzMedQ account and associated personal account data, except records EzMedQ may need to retain for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Delete your account without the app

Enter the email address associated with your EzMedQ account. A secure confirmation link will be sent before deletion.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your EzMedQ login account is permanently removed.
  • Active login sessions are invalidated.
  • Associated personal account data is deleted where technically and legally applicable.
  • Limited records may be retained only where legally or operationally necessary.
