By accessing, registering, or using the EzMedQ platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Definitions

Platform: The EzMedQ website and all associated services.
User / Student: Any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the platform.
Content: All educational materials including, but not limited to, videos, documents, question banks, assessments, text, graphics, and designs.
Subscription: Any paid or free access granted to the platform’s services or content.

Nature of Service

EzMedQ is an online educational platform dedicated to medical education.
All content is provided strictly for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
EzMedQ bears no responsibility for any clinical or practical application of the provided content.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Any activity conducted through the user’s account shall be deemed the user’s responsibility.

Account Usage

User accounts are personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
Sharing login credentials or allowing third-party access is strictly prohibited.
EzMedQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on EzMedQ is the exclusive property of EzMedQ or its contracted educators.
Such content is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or sharing any content in any form.
Any infringement may result in legal action.

Subscription and Payments

Payments are processed through external and/or manual payment methods.
Subscription access is activated only after manual verification by EzMedQ administration.
All subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be resold or reassigned.

Suspension or Termination

EzMedQ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the event of:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Unauthorized sharing or misuse of content
Fraudulent or deceptive behavior

No refunds or compensation shall be provided in such cases.

Service Availability

EzMedQ strives to maintain continuous service availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
EzMedQ shall not be held liable for any loss arising from service interruptions beyond its control.

Amendments

EzMedQ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the platform.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Limitation of Liability

EzMedQ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Users acknowledge that reliance on the content is at their own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.
